Moel Siabod - an alternative mountain to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon)!
Moel Siabod is a great alternative to climbing Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) - still a ‘proper’ mountain with great 360 degrees views, but much, much quieter.

The Grey Mare’s Tail is a stunning ‘double’ waterfall cascading into a wooden glade and - thus far! - remains relatively undiscovered by social media!!! You can walk or drive to it from Trefriw :

Llyn Geirionydd is a beautiful lake above Trefriw where wild swimming, SUP and other watersports are permitted - it is also just a lovely place for a walk and explore! You can easily walk to it from the door or it is a short drive :

This is one of the most popular walks from the door that our guests do - an 8 mile hike above the village that takes in both lakes
